Youtube: a Google-owned, video-sharing platform that uses cookies to collect information from users and browsing devices. Videos on the site do not convey cookies when accessing the page, as the "advanced privacy (no cookies)" option has been set whereby YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they voluntarily play the video.

This site also incorporates social network plugins and/or buttons to enable easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. These plugins are programmed not to set any cookies when you access the page, in order to safeguard your privacy. By registering for a mailing list or newsletter, the User's email address is automatically added to a contact list to which email messages containing information, including of a commercial and promotional nature, relating to this Application may be sent. The User, by filling out the contact form with his/her Data, consents to their use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other nature indicated by the header of the form.

SITE USER BEHAVIOR LOGGING APPLICATION
This site is equipped with "application" software capable of recording certain browsing data, including pages visited, time and dwell time. Only in certain cases, defined below, can such data be associated with an identifiable individual:

browsing via static IP, registered in public domain lists the technology in question does not detect any personal data of the actual visitor to the site, but simply provides the holder of the public static IP, typically the company to which the provider assigned the IP;
navigation via registered user: the user is provided with appropriate information and asked for specific consent when registering on this site;
browsing via social profile: the user is provided with appropriate information and requested a specific consent when registering on the social.
The data is used by the Owner in order to improve its online presence, analyzing its Return on Investment and supporting any strategic marketing actions.

1 - THE TECHNOLOGY
The application uses cookies and source IP addresses to track users' browsing sessions and - in some specific cases [user with static public IP] - identify the holders of Internet connections used during those browsing sessions.

Visitors to the sites on which this application is installed are assigned a technical identifier, browser cookies track the pages and products viewed by the visitor. the application is also able to define whether the visitor comes from a newsletter or is registered to the website.

2 - DATA COLLECTION AND USE.
The application collects data with the purpose of studying the behavior of users of a website or newsletter to try to improve the user experience and in general the quality of the website and services offered.

To do this, it collects browsing data through public IPs, cookies and equivalent technical identifiers. These identifiers are saved in the user's browser cookies.

The data is never associated with sensitive categories such as race, religion, sexual orientation, or health.
We may merge personal information from a registration with data from the public IP holder

A separate database records data related to the user's activity on the website, the number of pages viewed, which products they visited, for how long, and their geographic origin.

If the user is registered to the website or has consented to receive newsletters his e-mail and name are associated with his behavior.
